Splitting a Name

I have a list of names in 1 field - each has a comma in the string. I am trying to convert what is after the comma to the begining and the begining of the comma to the end. Example: Doe,John - convert to John Doe.

strName = mid(strName, instr(strName, ",") + 1) & " " & left(strName, instr(strName, ",") - 1)
