SQL express Backup job

hi all,

Basically, Via the sql express I have managed to create a manual backup of my customer database on the hard disk. And its saved in the following location.

C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\Backup\Customer.bak

Can anyon ehelp me automate the backups (instead of me having to do it manually) such that the 'Customer.bak' is updated every day at a certain time so that it includes the data stored in the tables every day.

Any help shall be much appreciated.
