Starting with a Blank form

I am designing a database where ONE or TWO users must be able to input data about a vendor, (Address, city/state, etc) I need to know how to make my form that they will use, open up blank, ready for them to enter in a new record. Every time I create a new form, it always opens on the FIRST record, and that is cumbersome to have to press the navigation button at the bottom. I am new to access, so any help will be appreciated.

Set the Data entry to yes on the property sheet for the form

or another way is to add

DoCmd.GoToRecord , , acNewRec

in the OnOpen property of the form
