Stock Summary Query of Warehouses

I want to make stock summary query as per the attached sample jpg.file.

The stock summary should have to show crosstab query as per the table entities.

I have also attached the database. Kindly suggest. thanks

The main warehouse summary is not showing in the crosstab query.

1st want to show a complete picture of store including the main warehouses.
