I have designed a form where you enter all of the student data, and I have designed another form in which you select student name the cources they are taking and all of the information related to the cource.
my problem starts here, for example I had student A take english cource this summer, once the the summer is over the student doesnt come to school untill the next summer.
I allso have a report reads student cources data and tells me when each student is due to pay, and the main hassle starts here. If the student doesnt come to the school at the moment, I dont want him to appear on the list of due people. And the only way to completly remove him from the list of due people is to delete his student cource record, if I just delete the due date then the student appears on the top of the list.
And allso if the student comes back and wants to take english again, it is a big hassle to find his record, and sometimes whem I miss the record then I create a new one and the database is filled with extra unused entryes.
My question is there an easy way to merge student registration with student cources so that I could keep all of the student cources data in student registration and make it available to each cource to choose active or inactive and allso to keep for each cource grade history and payment and so that and I choose that the cource is inactive it will not show up in the list of student dues. The screen shots of the 2 forms and the due list report is in the attachements.
