stumped again :( multi-value combo

Hi

hoping someone can point me in the right direction before I pull out all my hair !

Until recently I didn't realise that access 2007 and above could do multi-value combo box fields

I have got it working in table view however when I select multiple values in form view and click OK nothing happens

help please !

For defoliation many methods exists: one of them is getting into multi-valued fields. It is an invention of Beelzebub (the one residing in Redmond) and is not portable/expandable to other RDBMS, and basically just a huge PITA. Walk away. Use the tools available like forms/subforms/listboxes.

So I just did a re-link between my back end and front end, closed the form corresponding to the multi value field table, re-opened it, and now it works
