Is there any way to limit the entries displayed in a subform based on a value in the main form.
Say I have a date field in the main form I dont want certain records displayed in the sub after the date in the sub = the date on the main.
Whilst I don't have a shortage of hair it's gonna start dissapearing soon.

Create a query that will be the basis of your subform. In the Criteria field of the Date put: <= [Forms]![MainFormName]![FieldWithLimitingDate]. When you change the date or move to another record Refresh the subform. I haven't actually tried this but it sounds like it should work....

Thanks Jack I had actually already tried that but it wouldn't display the null entries. This morning of course with a fresh dose of inspiration I just created an Iif IsNull etc set the parameters on that and hey presto. Now if Access would just let me reduce the font size below the default on the form! I'm gonna skip Mondays from now on.
