Sub form into a Form

Hi, hopefully someone can help with this?
I have put a sub form into a form and am now trying to align it to make the form neat and seamless. However after managing to remove the navigation pane and scroll bars from the sub form, when I look at "form" view on the main form there is a outlying border where the scroll bar and navigation panes were??
Any ideas on how to remove them please, and go easy I'm a newbie at this stuff

so the subform is missing, and only a box is there?

No, the sub form is there. But where the selector field (bottom)and scroll bars (right) were there is a border that wont let me then align it to the rest of the form as required
