Sub form

I have a button that can move to the next record using docmd.gotonextrecord. If the button is in a form, how can I get this to change records in a subform???

The easiest way is put a cmdButton on the subform. hth.

Sub Form

I assume the records on the subform are related to the record on the main form.
Check the properties of the subform and go to the data tab, make sure the link child/master fields are set correctly. Good Luck.

Also check the relationship, make sure that referential integrety is chacked, and bot cascade update ande delete. hth.
