I've been working with ACCESS since 1999 and never seen this before. I have a sub-report that will only show its Page Footer in Report View, but not in Print Preview.

Here are the sub-report properties in the Parent report: Here are the sub-report properties in design mode:

I have been over the properties settings numerous times in both the Parent report and sub-report and cannot, for the life of me, determine why a sub-reports Page Footer would only show in Report View.
Anybody have a clue?

Are you sure you've had a report show subreport page footer in PrintPreview? I would not expect it.

Why not?

Because ReportView does not have pages, display is continuous. PrintPreview has pagination and it is controlled by main report.

Use a group footer in subreport for the aggregation.

Turns out I can use the Report Footer instead of the Page Footer.(y)

Yes, sorry, I should have said "or report footer". Glad you figured it out.
