I've developed a timesheet entry form with a subform that has about 30 fields set out in tablular format. The subform is wider than the main form so not all fields are displayed. The problem a user has reported is that (after tabbing throught the visible fields) the cursor disappears from the visible area of the screen and the subform doesn't auto centre. She can use the scroll bar to move the subform visible area but this is a pain when entering lots of lines.
I don't get this problem when I'm testing it which leads me to think it's something to do with the monitor she's using or the screen resolution.
Another thing that's happening is that when she's entered about 10 lines and reached the bottom of the visible area of the subform the subform re centres at the top for some fields and at the bottom for others - basically when tabbing from one field to another the subform screen is 'jumping all over the place'.
Any suggestions on how to rectify these problems? It's doing my head in.
