SubForm Extra Space (1 Viewer)

I Created a Subform based on a Query, it works fine, BUT:
Everytime the the form/subform opens the subform displays all the records I set on the query, but the subform ALWAYS creates extra space at the end that certainly makes no harm at all, but is just distracting and is in the back of my head "How can I get rid of this?"
Please kindly see the picture attached..

in the form, tighten up the masterform bottom all the way to the bottom of the subform

I get your point, but the problem is not the bottom, that must remain like that so when thee are more records I can see more data.
Problem is in the BLUE area that area [RIGHTMOST] technically should not be there, I believe; or, maybe that is the way it is.

If there is empty space to the right, open the subform in design view and bring the right margin in on the subform and then bring in the right edge on the subform control on the main form. This will never shrink automatically. You have to fix the width as you want it.
