I have a form with a subform. I have attached the database in the thred. The problem is that I have the question section locked so that it can't be modified. But when you go to the form and you try to delete the record for the main form if I am in the the subform it will delete the question in the subform. What I want to do is is for people to enter the answers and coments but not be able to delete the information in the subform. Please help me correct this situation. I don't know much about VBA so if this involves VBA code please explain in 3 yr old language.It is the Inpatient survey form
