Subform problems

Hi hope you can help

Having real problems and I don't know if am over thinking about the problem What I need is a subform to display 60 questions but with the option of entering and storing more questions if needed so the user can scroll down the list of questions and use a tick box to select which questions are going to be used. Could you point me in the right direction as to what to do. Is this to do with table design or form design or is there any functions I could be using?

I have attached the database I am working on

I've Got the general layout on how I want it to work I just need your help on the command button. On (frmAuditQuestions) I need to be able to save selected questions that have been ticked and placed into the parent form (frmAuditInformationQuestions)

Any help on this matter would be appreciated
