Subform query change

Hi All

I have a subform within a form that is linked to a query. It is working perfectly fine. But I forgot to add a condition in a query earlier. And when I have added a condition in a query and try to run form then the subform doesn't give me the right result . It doesn't check the condition.

I faced this issue before as well and then I just created another subform and linked to the new query but just wondering if there is another alternative without redesigning the subform .

Maybe you added the condition in the wrong query or there was something wrong with the condition. If you open your subform in design view, go to the Form Properties, Data Tab, and click on the ellipses in the Record Source you'll be editing the right query.

If it doesn't work I suggest you upload your database and tell us which form has the condition. You should never have to recreate the form.
