Would I be able to get a subform to list 5 records automatically if a field has 5 different values in them? It is a repeat entry, that I am trying to avoid.

Check out the Unique Value property of the query that selects the records for the subform....

Maybe I am understanding this wrong, but I do not use a query. It is a subform. In the subform I have these fields
Student ID
Date of test
Name of test
Grade
Overall Avg

Subform has 5 records everytime. The 'name of test' field is a different name each time, but the same for each subform. I am sorry if I am not explaining myself well.
