Folks,

Is it possible to create a subform within another subform.

Main form -- Client
Subform Dependent
Further subforms of dependents - Medicals, Police Clearance, Qualifications.

My client form shows dependent data, but the subforms within dependents turn out to be either totally blanks (does not display anything at all, I am not referring to data, but it just comes up as a box and nothing else).

Regards

Yes you can create a subform within a subform. Per the Access help file, you can nest up to seven levels deep with subforms. You just continue to use the linking of master and child fields.

As for the subforms being totally blank, I assume you have the subforms linked to the main form using the master/child link properties. Do you by any chance have the subform open in design mode when you are atempting to view the main form with the subform imbeded? if so, try closing the subform and then open the main form.

Thanks, Works well
