I am trying to create a report from 5 tables. 3 of those tables will have data initially entered with the other 2 tables (checklists) will be entered at a later time. I created 2 different queries 1 from the 3 tables with data and then the other from the 2 checklists. My main report is from the 1st query and everything shows (ie field labels although no data is stored yet). I inserted a subreport from the checklist query but nothing shows when I run the report (ie field lables and check boxes)
What I want is to print the report after the initial data is entered so that someone can analyize the data and check what they need to. That will then be returned to enter the check boxes on the computer.
Can anyone please tell me how to get the subreport to show even without data.
