Sum values from multiple rows into one row if criteria is met (1 Viewer)

Good Afternoon,

I have a need to sum values from multiple rows (records) into one row if the following criteria is met. I have tried the group by in query, I have tried multiple expressions and am stumped.

If the Fund, Location, CostElement, Department and Account are the SAME in multiples rows of a table, then the following columns of data should show the TOTAL of each - Budget, Expense, Encumbrance.

I have tried the group by in query

That's the correct way to do it. Probably didn't select the correct option for the fields you didn't want to Group By. Check out this page:
