Good Afternoon,
I have a need to sum values from multiple rows (records) into one row if the following criteria is met. I have tried the group by in query, I have tried multiple expressions and am stumped.
If the Fund, Location, CostElement, Department and Account are the SAME in multiples rows of a table, then the following columns of data should show the TOTAL of each - Budget, Expense, Encumbrance.
Please see the attached File for the data and what I need.
