Switchboard OptionLabel7 problems

I recently inherited a database that seemed to be designed by an expert VB coder. After carefully picking through the code for about 2 days I realized the person had just used the Switchboard function. I made a few small changes in the switchboard (through the switchboard wizard), and everything appeared to be fine. Except the Switchboard refuses to acknowledge OptionLabel7. No matter what switchboard form, OptionLabel7 does not function. Changing what variables that are attached to that option doesn't help.

I assume the probelm is somewhere in OptionLabel7 itself, since nothing in the Switchboard manager makes a difference. How can I troubleshoot this? All of the properties for OptionLabel7 match the other 6 (functioning) options. :banghead:

Is the click event PROPERTY of OptionLabel7 look like this?

And the HandleButtonClick event behind the Switchboard look like this:

Check the #7 button also. It should have the same function call.

Did you notice that the developer added conCmdOpenPage and conCmdOpenFormDatasheet? These are not standard and if you want to use them, you need to modify the Switchboard Items table directly, you can't do it through the wizard.
Oops, I was posting from my test db and didn't remember that the conCmdOpenFormDatasheet was a test.

The conCmdOpenPage is made by Access (2003) when a new Switchboard is created (I just tested in a brand new database).

So it should look like this:
