Hi,
I have recently developed an access database on a machine running office xp professional. Everything works fine when I test it on the machine it was developed on. The problem occurs when I copy the database(and interface) to another computer which the billing depatment will use. This computer runs office 2000 premium. The problem involves the switchboard. When I start the application the switchboard I created loads, but when I choose one of the command buttons to link to another form I get the following error:

The expression On Click you entered as the event property setting produced the following error: Automation error

* The expression may not result in the name of a macro, the name of a user-defined function, or [event procedure].

* There may have been an error evaluating the function event or macro.

The funny thing is I get this error message only the first time I try to access anything off the switchboard. The subsequent times I try, the application runs smoothly.

Can anyone help...?
