Switchboard problem

I created to switchboard to open other forms used in my database. It works on all forms but one. When I try to use the switchboard to open this one form access freezes up and I have to exit the program. Anyone have any Idea's why this would be happening?

Did you try a compact and repair? try recreating that form?
