I am very new to databases, and have come up on a problem. We run a program called Cityworks by Azteca. Sybase SQL Anywhere has been installed. This is an error we get when we try to generate a work order on Cityworks:

Automation Error
The Callee (server[not server application]) is not available and disappeared; all connections are invalid. The call may have executed.
Anyone have any info they can share about this?
