sync button doesnt work

I created a button, under the click comand I entered a Macro that does a RunCommand. This command is SynchronizeNow. It starts the normal sync process by asking if you want everything to be close prior to sync but then comes up with an action failed box with the number 264 under arguments.
Does anyone know how to make this button work? Thanks, Dan.
