Tab Control and Subform

Hi,

I have a continuous form that is bound to a SQL Server stored procedure. The form allows users to view and add new records to a table. This works fine.

I have another form that contains a Tab control in the detail section. I have added the first form to the Tab Control as a subform. When I do this I can still view the data but cannot add new records.

Do any of you know why this would be the case?

Is the main form being opened as read-only?
