Tab Question

Hi,

I have a question regarding tabs in a form:

I'm creating a competence matrix for the engineers in my team and under each engineer I would like to have the equipment they can work on and then their scores under that. I would like to have a tab for each equipment with the option to add another equipment (and therefore a tab). Is this possible and if so what is the best way of doing it?
