table Inventory Transactions in Northwind 2007

for the table Inventory Transactions In Northwind 2007 there is relation many to one for the field (Purchase Order ID) of this table and (purchase orders table).

now when i open the table (Inventory Transactions) for the all the records (Purchase Order ID) value is null.

i would like to know how it is possible, when we have one-many relation between fields of tables, field value can be null?

please help.
