Table look up

i have two tables, in one of the fields of table 1 i am trying to lookup from table 2 a list of names,

the headings are

Table 1

ID
Forename
Surname

Table 2

Date
Trained By - this i need to display forename and surname

When i do this it displays the forename and surname in the drop down box, but when i select one of them, it only displays the forename

Change the SQL of Table2's trained by column. (see SQL below - fix accordingly)
Set the column count to 2
Set the column widths to: 0;2.54


SELECT ID, ForeName & " " & Surname As FullName
FROM Table1
ORDER BY ForeName & " " & Surname;
