Table Structure

Dear all,

I need a little advice please.

I have many properties for sale.
Each property is charged a weekly maintenance charge.
When the owner has let the property then the person who let it pays the maintenance.

My thoughts are:

tblProperty
tblBookings
tblCustomer

I would like some help with the PKeys and also how I record 52 week block?

What help do you require? What fields do you plan to put in each table? Where does the maintenance charge come in? What's a 52 week block? What do you want to record?

ok,

what i want is to record which weeks a contractor is going to spend time in the apartment they have purchased from me so i can bill them for maintenance on a weekly basis and when the contractor hires out their apartment I want to bill the customer of the contractor for maintenace?
