First can I say thanks for any help you can give as I am having to many hours in front of this computer, trying to solve what you lot will have a little giggle about.
Right I will try my best to explain what I want
I have a table that has activities from 6 members of staff so their names appear on the sheet many times over. The problem I am having is that I want to make a form with a subdata sheet so when you select their name on a combo box and select their name it brings all records from the table in to the subdatasheet. When i make the combo box if I write in the variables myself it wont pick up the names and place their information in the subdatasheet and if I use the other two options it puts the info in the subdatasheet but when you use the dropdown box it puts the names in their as many times as there is records in the table.
I have tried making a table with 6 rows with each member of staff in each and tried connecting a subdatasheet in the table (to each employee) so each employee has the information in the said subdatasheet I cant get the information in to the sheets it just keeps repeating itself. I can get one in and when I try and put the information into employee 2, employee 1 info disappears. I know this is such a simple database to create just really struggling. Please could yuo give any info on what I should do. I am a complete beginner.
