I have a form with 7 tabs. Each Tab is for a day of the week. I have them where they are fixed height of .375, fixed width of .75. I had the Date sitting over the Day of the week in this code:

Me.Tab1.Caption = CStr(Date1) + Chr$(13) + WeekdayName(1, False, vbSaturday)

It worked on my laptop for development but not after being moved to the server to go live. Is there a setting or something I need to be aware of to make it function on the server?

Try

Me.Tab1.Caption = CStr(Date1) & Chr$(13) & chr$(10) & WeekdayName(1, False, vbSaturday)

This puts in Cr Lf and not just Cr(carriage return). I know there is a setting that interprets Chr$(13) as Cr Lf but I am not sure what it is off the top of my head. Thts why it worked on your laptop

Thank you so much. This really helped. Even though it was cosmetic, I wanted it to look a certain way. :)

And also note Rabbie's use of the ampersand instead of a plus sign. Sometimes you can get away using the plus sign for concatenation, but other times it'll cause a problem.

The vbCRLF or CHR$(13) & CHR$(10) do not work in a Tab Caption. So even though my problem didn't get fixed, it did help me discern that it cannot be. It will work in a Label and on a Button... just not in a Tab Caption in Access.
