I have a form with a timer/stopwatch to track call times. User clicks a start button-timer starts, application is minimized to task bar. At end of call, click taskbar button>click a reason for the call - time and reason are saved. As a reminder to stop the timer, I would like to change the color of the button while the form is minimized and, as a seperate function, (in case it's annoying)
