Text boxes which can change position

I have a report which is to produce an envelope - essentially just the Name, Address, Town and Postcode fields. The address field can have a varialbe number of lines (up to four). How can I ensure that the Town and Postcode fields appear imediately below the bottom line of the address field regardless of how many lines are in the Address field? Thank you in advance for your help.

If you begin each line with =trim, then the lines of the address should adjust as you want. For example:

=trim([Firstname] & " & [LastName])
=trim([address])
=trim([city] & " " & [state] & ", " & [zip])
