Hi, I have a report which displays an invoice for each customer and at the top it says the date of the work carried out...however, when a customer shows that they have had work carried out on more than one occasion, the invoice still only shows the date of the first record...is there anyway to get access to display both dates? I have attached a screen shot incase it is of any use!

You will need a seperate query to obtain the dates then use a crosstab to display them horizontally.
Secondly create a function that opens the xtab, gets all the entries and returns them in a string.
Finally use the function name as the Control Source.

this is one way to go about it there may others
