Hi all

I have a register systems. On the register froms I want the user to be able to select if the person is present or not. I have fields for each week. I wan the user to be able to point the mouse over the field and click once and a / will be inserted and if they click twice a o is inserted,

Use a check box

A checkbox would be nice and handy but if you have some specific reason for the 'a/' and 'o' then here's what you do.

In the OnClick event of your text box put :

Me![name_of_textbox].Value = "a/"

and in the OnDblClick similarly put:

Me![name_of_textbox].Value = "o"


If this doesn't work properly let me know
