I took a look, and the diagnosis' that I have entered appear to be saved in the query table, but are not showing in the form view. The doctor's I have entered however are not registering in a table anywhere that I can see or are they staying in the form view. Is part of my problem, with the doctor subform anyway, perhaps, that I created the subform using fields from two separate tables, instead of creating the subform using a query of those two tables?? If that makes sense. It still wouldn't seem to make a difference in the form view however, as I did set up the diagnosis subform using a proper query, and it still is not showing in form view. Pat, pardon my ignorance, but what is 'add' mode? Thanks so much.
