This is so simple i think i'm loosing my head
I have a table with a list of appointments for many people. Many people have more than one apopintment. All I need to do (Using access xp - first big step since 97 (which i love)) is first the date of the next appointment for any particular individual.
Now. I used a simle query to do this find the next appointments for a particular person. This can produce a list of say 5. I just want my query to show the earliest and nothing else. I thought I might be able to just show the MIN date of this listing but that actually does nothig in the QEB. (However showing the MAX date does show the Max date? WHat gives).
If anyone can undestand what I mean help would be greately appreciated - Just lost my brain on this one.
my querys's working from one table and displaying six fields from it. I need all those fields in the record with the earliest apopintment date.
