This article made me stop for a moment.

This is EXACTLY the kind of stupidity normally show by the US Congress - but this is an act of Parliament. I almost wish our US Congress tried to pass a law like this because I would LOVE to see the headlines and lawsuits that would spring from this exercise in stupidity.

Telling people to not have sex during otherwise boring-as-hell corona virus lockdown moments is like telling a baby to not cry when it is wet or hungry.

Funny.
Last night our entire state (Arizona) implemented a week long curfew from 8 pm-5 am. But in that case I was noticing the opposite. The exceptions carved out were so vast as to render the curfew meaningless except to prevent general loitering in public places (which I guess, is a sign of intelligence on the part of the person who made the order). Carved out were: caring for a friend or family member, getting food or being on the way to get food, patronizing or operating any private business, to and from work, etc. So basically going to or from just about anywhere.
