Time Formatting

I want to format a time to hh:mm:ss and I can only see the option for Long Time that gives me hh:mm:ss plus AM/PM.

Does anyone know if and how you can show all time formats just as hh:mm:ss not including AM or PM?

Any assistance would be most appreciated.

Don't select anything from the list and just type:

hh:nn:ss
