Hi,

I am trying to build a timesheet database and I believe that I have built the tables that are needed for the database and the relationships. The tables and relationships are as below:

C:\Documents and Settings\User\Desktop

Now I am trying to build a form that shows the days of the week in the top row and the client names in the left most column as it is shown in this excel spreadsheet screenshot:

C:\Documents and Settings\User\Desktop

So I want people to be able to enter data under the day of the week for a client. At the moment, what is happening is it is only possible to create one entry at a time for the hours worked for a client and this is highly inefficient... Would someone be able to help me on this? Thank you for all your help in advance.

I am unable to view the screenshots you have provided. Could you upload a copy of your database minus any sentitive data please.

You appear to be going about this the wrong way. It seems that you are attempting to make Access behave like a Spreadsheet which is not going to work out for you. My apologies if I am mistaken, its just my observation.

Have a look at the Timesheet Database posted at the end of this thread - http://www.access-programmers.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=139164

This might help give you some ideas of how you might want to design yours, or it might make you decide to stick with Excel...
