Timetable Help!

I want to create a timetable based on a table. It needs to have time on the vertical axis and day across the horizontal. The entries in the time table will be the record in the table which has the corresponding date and time. THe timetable sits inside another form, if possible I would like to be able to click on entries in the timetable and a field on the form would get updated with the info from the table entry, however I imagine this makes it much more complicated.
I don't no where to start with this I tried creating a report but I didn't know how to get the timetable effect with a report, and then I couldn't insert it as a subreport.

Try a crosstab query /report.

Thanks, I had a go at this but the problem now is you can only put 1 value in each slot. I want three fields to be displayed. ANy Idea how I cold get around this.

I tried doing three crosstab queries but I couldn't work out how to join them.
The values on the outside are fixed eg monday tues day.., and 9.00am, 10.00am...
But the vaules in the slot are fitness classes, the name of the classes instructor and the number of people currently enrolled in the class, I haev a crosstab query for each of these. I really don't know how to get these to appear in each slot in the timetable. ALSO I want some fields on the same form to be filled with infromation from the timetable when you click on a slot, how do I grab this value.
