i have a report that is made up of two sub reports. it is working perfectly. my problem is that the title of the sub reports are appearing in the background of them and i really want to get rid of them. is this possible? thank you!

Delete the label that's attached to them

A subreport has a label just like any field. It might be hiding behind the subreport so just drag the edge of the subreport out the way a little and the label should be visible, just click on it and <delete>

ok i know i must be really thick but i cannot find the label. do i do what you said in the subreport or in the report that contains the two subreports?

Look in your report preview where the label is showing (It is normally attatched to the top left of the subreport (I think)). In design mode, look where it has shown in the main report and hunt the little bugger down.
If you select the subreport, there should also be another box selected, this is the label.
