TLS Support in MySQL

Hello All, I am working on a database project and I want to know which one supports TLS (Transport Layer Security) between MySQL and PostgreSQL. I am good at PostgreSQL and according to my research, MySQL has native Server Sockets Layer (SSL) support. SSL is a security protocol that creates a secure encrypted link between a web server and a web browser. Can anyone tell me, MySQL didn't support TSP?

In the context of encryption, the only thing that makes sense is the Time-Stamp Protocol (TSP).
But actually, the wording of the questions appears very strange to me. I suspect this is some sort of bogus post.
