I've seen that there is a Top5 query function, but dammit, I just can't get it to work the way I want
I have a list of prices that I have sorted in a report to show the average, minimum and maximum. I'd like to put a sub report in that shows the lowest 5 prices and the highest 5 prices to better reflect the summary.
I've had a go, but I'm not sure what figures it's picking up !! e.g according to my minimum field (and a quick manual check of the table) is -£56 and the maximum is £41. However when I run my Top5 query I get :
-£22
£15
-£11
-£10
-£4
My SQL query is :
But I admit that I kinda threw it together without really thinking
I've got two parameter queries on [Overseas Airport] and [Departure Date] so that I can specify a month and airport.
Make sense ?
