Totals in a sub report

I have a report that displays additional data via a sub report under a group header.

I need to count the records in the sub report (either yes or no) and display them on the main report.

Counting the records in the sub report is not a problem, but I can't get the sum of the total from each group into the main report.

Hope that makes sense.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Without seeing the database and the report it may be difficult to over come. But here is a formula that counts

=DCount("[Company]","tblGroupings","[Called]='We Called Him'")
