Totals on Form

I have been working on this on and off for a week now. I can't seem to grasp what to do. I submited a question, but alas no response.

In a form can you have an cumulative total? For example, I want to enter standard hours, then have a cumulative total, Every time the standards hours would be entered, it would be added to a cumulative total. I can't get the standards hours to add to the cumulative total. Every time I enter a new standard hours, it just changes the cumulative to the standards hours I just entered.

This is probably real simple, but I'm struggling....

Are you SUMing that field for the totals?

=Sum([YourFieldName])

=sum[Standard Hours]

in the Cumulative Total

Cumulative Hours Value + Standard Hours Value
