Tracking Data in Date/Time Field
I have a database with a date field to document the date that a particular piece of information was obtained. However, on rare occasions, the information WAS obtained, but there is no date that this occurred. Any suggestions on the best way to track this? I hesitate to change my field from the "date" format, because I have a need to track this info by date, but I do not want to leave the field blank, because the information WAS obtained, and my forms reports are based on the field as "Not Null". Any suggestions?
