TreeView Control Expanded when form opens.

I have a Treeview control on a form that works great - except that all expandable nodes are expanded when the form opens. The control displays a rather large list and the user will likely want to expand 1 or 2 nodes at a time. Can I default the control to a not-expanded condition when the form opens? (I asked this question in the module section thinking it was a code issue.)
