As I said. I don't know if it is true but I posted a link to an article that might clear up the question should anyone want to "fact check". I'm just not paying to read the NYT.

I'm too tired to fact check all your misinformation tonight but I'll comment on this one point.

So allegedly the owner of the computer shop, Rudy G., The NY Post all have copies of the hard drive which they say has child porn on it.

A couple years ago I was given a dvd containing a phone extract. There were a few files on it that I could not easily open. It took me quite a while to finally get them open and when I did I discovered child porn. I notified the District Attorney who had provided the DVD to me. They didnt know about it as they were unable to open the files. Needless to say they immediately dispatched a state trooper to my office to seize the dvd and I had to file affidavits that I did not retain or copy any of the files. They also had to seize the disks from several other parties that they had been distributed to. Luckily due to my position and the fact that it was given to me by the DA I avoided any trouble.

The mere possesion of child porn is a crime. Knowingly distributing it is also a crime. Had the repair shop guy given it to Rudy and Rudy giving it to the Post would have been distribution and posession charges. There also would have been warrants issued to seize all the copies. Dont you think that would have made the news? Never any mention of them seizing the computer guys copy, or Rudys or the Posts.
whether or not all that happened though, when did it kind of depend on the decision making process of the people who might have prosecuted it? I mean there are human beings behind those decisions after all

moke123,
The FBI has had Hunter's hard drive since at least last December. They simply didn't care about pursuing criminal charges or referring them to the local authorities because Hunter's last name is "Biden". We all know what would have happened if his last name were "Trump".

Hypocrisy reigns!

Laws are for peasants like me not righteous people like you. We have officially become a banana republic. Have you been listening to the leftist crazies who are planning their righteous lawsuits against Trump as soon as he leaves office assuming he doesn't succeed in the lawsuits to prove election fraud, in which case Antifa and BLM will take to the streets and burn down the cities. Is that really how you want to play it? I hope his lawyers are recording the statements because Trump's going to have one hell of a lawsuit if they try to persecute him for his non-crimes. The IRS permanently audits his companies and so far they don't have an criminal charges. Maybe, next year in Jerusalem.

You can't prosecute someone simply because your opinion is different from his. Or maybe in your America that will be possible.
