Hi All,

I'm going to try to explain this with the best of my abilities. I am familiar with Access (running in 07'), but not so much with VBA. Ive been reading VBA for Dummies (just to give you an indication of where I’m at.

So I have a navigation form "frmProposalDetails" in this form I have moved the navigation control to the bottom of the page leaving me room to insert the fields from my underlying source "tblProposal" in the detail section. I am attempting to insert multiple datasheet forms in the navigation control. Which the datasheet form does populate however I want it to filter to just the JobNumber of the record I am viewing at the time.

More or less I want to insert the subform but I want the feel of the navigation (ie stacked on one another).

Please help :banghead:

Much Thanks, Samantha

If the subforms are all related to the form by JobNumber, you could create multiple tab controils with a subform on each which all tumble when you select a new JObNumber. Then select an appropriate tab for viewing subform (related) data.

They are related in the relationship window. I figured it out though. On the Form's Properties you have to manually set Data/Filter and enter syntac and switch Filter on load to Yes.

Problem Solved Thanks!
